Private Consultations Janet Sussman offers in-depth intuitional counseling sessions that explore the areas of life purpose, personal relationship, creativity, health and spiritual growth. She may work only once with an individual or develop an ongoing relationship that can last over many years. This may also evolve into a process of personal instruction and training with regard to one’s intuitive skills and innate healing abilities. During an initial two-hour consultation, Janet examines the key events in a participant’s life, from early childhood to the present, reviewing prominent areas of concern with regard to a person’s spiritual path. Archetypal habits of mind, which include areas of judgment, fear, attachment, obsession and alienation are fully addressed with the intention of bringing the individual to a place of greater self-understanding and freedom. The emphasis of Janet’s work is the realm of the spiritual heart. She views the heart chakra as the governing influence of the energy system, holding the key to the advancement of devotional service, compassion and self-realization. She assists individuals to develop an informed compassion with regard to who they are and the unfoldment of God’s will. At the same time, she emphasizes the power of mystery and humor with regard to how the Divine works in a person’s life. Her understanding of giving and receiving, the flow of light through the heart chakra, and the ability of the heart to communicate love, opens the practitioner to a comprehensive realignment of his or her personal and transpersonal state. Janet’s ability to sensitively enter the heart and mind of the individual and discern the finer aspects of their inner life is a profound aid in self-clarification and renewal.
